SBI PO 2020 Recruitment
State Bank of India (SBI) every year organizes SBI PO exam to choose eligible candidates for the post of Probationary Officer. A large number of candidates might apply for the exam, out of which only a few are selected provisional on the number of vacancies. SBI PO is held the most required after banking exams in the country. Successful candidates are posted as Probationary Officers in the various branches of the bank.
SBI PO 2020: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria.
Educational qualification as on December 31, 2020
According to the SBI PO 2020 eligibility criteria, candidates who have completed their graduation in any discipline shall apply. Candidates who will appear for their final year/ semester exams are also eligible for applying. Though, if shortlisted for the interview round, such candidates are needed to state the proof of having passed the graduation.
Candidates who have a Chartered Accountant (CA) certificate are also qualified to apply.
Age Criteria as on April 1, 2020
Candidates between 21 to 30 years shall apply. It might be noted that age relaxation is given to reserved category candidates as given below:

SBI PO 2020: Selection Process
The complete process of selection of SBI PO are stated below:
Step 1: Fill SBI PO Application Form
For SBI PO 2020 registrations, candidates require first to fill as well as fill the application form in online mode on the bank’s official website. Thereafter, candidates also require to pay SBI PO 2020 application fee in online mode via debit card/ credit card/ internet banking.

Step 2: Download SBI PO 2020 Admit Card/ Call Letter
Candidates shall download SBI PO 2020 admit card from the official website of the bank. Distinct admit cards are generated for preliminary, mains and Group Exercises and Interview. It might be noted that no hard copy of the call letter might be sent by post.
Step 3: Appear for Phase I Preliminary Exam
Next, candidates require to appear for the Preliminary exam at the chosen exam centre. Preliminary exam shall be for one duration and candidates are supposed to answer questions associated to subjects like English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability.
Step 4: Appear for Phase II Mains Exam
Candidates succeeding the Preliminary exam then require to appear for SBI PO 2020 Mains exam. Candidates 10 times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the mains exam. The Mains exam comprises both objective and descriptive questions that candidates must have to complete in a total duration of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Step 5: Phase III Interview only or Group Exercises & Interview
This year, because of the pandemic, SBI will organize Interview only or Group Exercises and Interview. Candidates up to three times the number of vacancies are qualified for interview only or Group Exercises and Interview.
Step 6: SBI PO result
SBI PO result is released online distinctly for different stages of recruitment. The result shall be accessible on the official website in PDF format. Candidates shall be able to analyse their qualifying position in the result. SBI PO cut off is out along with the scorecard.
