DGR Recruitment 2020: Directorate of Governance Reforms (DGR), Punjab has regenerated the online applications for recruitment to the post of Senior System Manager, System Manager and Others for several departments and other government entities. Candidates having the requisite qualification and experience shall apply to the posts before 15 December 2020.
Earlier, Applications were called for recruitment of IT cadre posts vide advertisement dated 02 February 2020 and dated 31 July 2020. In reply to the advertisement, 2832 applications were shortlisted as qualified and the written test was held for the above-mentioned posts on 12 September 2020. As beside 324 posts advertised, only 3 candidates passed the test and only 2 are still in position. Therefore, it has been definite to hold the test again for 322 posts.
Interested candidates shall apply for the aforesaid posts via the stated format on or before 15 December 2020. Candidates shall check the eligibility, education, experience, selection criteria and other particulars by scrolling down.

Eligibility Criteria for Senior System Manager, System Manager and Other Posts
Educational Qualification:
- Senior System Manager (SSM)- B.E/B.Tech in Information Technology/Electronics and Communication/Computer Science and MBA from a recognized university or institution with a minimum of 50% marks or Master’s degree in Computer Applications and MBA from a recognized university.
- System Manager (SM)- B.E/B.Tech in Information Technology/Electronics and Communication/Computer Science and MBA from a recognized university or institution with a minimum of 50% marks or Master’s degree in Computer Applications and MBA from a recognized university or institution.
- Assistant Manager (AM)- B.E/B.Tech in Information Technology/Electronics and Communication/Computer Science and MBA from a recognized university or Master’s degree in Computer Applications and MBA from a recognized university.
- Technical Assistant (TA) – B.E or B.Tech in Information Technology/Electronics and Communication/Computer Science from a recognized university or institution with minimum of 50% marks or Master’s degree in Computer Applications from a recognized university.
DGR Recruitment 2020 : Salary
- Senior System Manager (SSM)- Rs. 1,25,000/-
- System Manager (SM)- Rs. 85,000/-
- Assistant Manager (AM)-Rs. 55,000/-
- Technical Assistant (TA) – Rs. 35,000/-

Selection of the candidates shall be done based on the written test and interview.
