IIT Bombay has declared CEED Exam 2021 dates. The process of registration for CEED Exam 2021 initiated from September 9 onwards. CEED 2021 is planned to be held on January 17.
Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay is organizing Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) to bring admission to candidates in (MDEs) Master of Design and programmes of PhD presented at colleges accepting scores of CEED. Every year, more than 5,000 students look for the CEED exam.
CEED exam is held in two parts – A and B. CEED pattern of exam is that part A of the exam comprise of objective type questions (to be given in online mode) whereas part B of the exam comprise of subjective questions (to be given in offline mode). CEED Part B exam consist of questions which are design, drawing and writing skills of aspirants. Part A of CEED exam is a test of screening. Thus, candidates who pass Part A were estimated for Part B of the exam.

CEED EXAM 2021: Eligibility Criteria
CEED EXAM 2021 criteria for eligibility as mentioned by IIT Bombay states that aspirants need to complete their degree/diploma / postgraduate degree programme of minimum three years after 10+2 level or aspirants must give final examination of such a programme by July 2021. Along with this , aspirants are also qualified to take the CEED exam if they clear GD Arts diploma programme (10+5 level) by July 2021.
Age Limit: No age limit for applying to CEED exam. Candidates shall appear for CEED exam multiple times.
Candidates are suggested that CEED exam process of selection consists of five steps. Candidates need to go through the steps mentioned for CEED admission process :
Step 1: Fill the CEED Exam 2021 form for Application.
Candidates need to apply for exam by filling the application form of CEED on the official website .The fees for application for the CEED Exam 2021 is non-refundable. Candidates need to pay fees for CEED application by credit card, debit card or net banking.
Step 2: Download CEED Exam 2021 Admit Card
Aspirants are able to download admit card from the official website of the exam. It is compulsory for candidates to take with them printout of their admit card to centre of exam.
Step 3: CEED Exam 2021 : Pattern
The pattern of exam for CEED is that the test is distributed into two parts – A and B. CEED Part A exam consists of objective type questions and Part B has design and drawing questions.
Step 4: Check Results of CREED
Results of CREED are released on the website of the design entrance exam. Aspirants shall check score of CEED and rank by visiting their registered accounts. It must be noted that part B of CEED is assessed for only those candidates who qualified Part A of the exam.

Passing CEED exam do not assure admission to any college who accept CEED scores. After clearing the CEED exam, candidates are required to perform for admission tests and interviews held by the admitting colleges. Merit lists for admissions are declared by particular colleges that participate in CEED exam joint counselling and those institutes which are part of the exam on basis of result sharing.

CEED Exam 2021 :Centres
Authorities of IIT Bombay have stated that CEED Exam 2021 shall be conducted across 24 test cities on January 17th 2021. At time of application form filling for the exam, candidates shall select upto three exam centre preferences.
